No, it's not a new cat (thank goodness). But it is something that fills my heart with joy and excitement and I hope it does the same for you.

Many of you know that this year I received my health coaching certification and began my work as a holistic health counselor helping women to take better care of themselves and remove their barriers to living a happy, healthier life. I feel so blessed and honored to be doing this work and I want to share it with you too.
Now, I am sure you are wondering - what does a holistic health coach do?
In my work, I help women to have more energy, banish digestive issues, decrease stress, lose weight, take better care of themselves, and find more joy and fulfillment in their lives. And this is just the beginning.
I believe that our health is a system and being healthy is more than about what we eat and how much we exercise. If you've ever struggled to make changes around your health, you know how hard it can be. I want you to be the healthiest and happiest that you've ever been.
